The MAYRLIFE health concept optimally addresses your needs. Each of our medical programs has a different focus, allowing you to emphasize your stay with us. Your actual therapy plan is then tailored 100% to you personally: considering your current health status, intolerances, desires, and goals. Every person is unique – and so must the treatment be.

The MAYRLIFE Cuisine is a central component of our health concept. The cuisine is characterized by its regenerative effect on the stomach and intestines. Since every organism has different needs, we create an individual nutrition plan for you, tailored to your metabolism and intolerances. Using regional and organic foods, our chef creates menus of the highest quality.

Changing eating habits is always associated with weight loss.

We serve three meals a day. The meals are aligned with the natural daily rhythm: having a sufficient breakfast, a normal lunch, and only light meals in the early evening.

Fresh and regional vegetables are the basis of our MAYRLIFE cuisine. A vegetarian or vegan option is always available.

Based on the results of the initial examination, an individualized nutrition plan will be created that considers allergies and intolerances.

Meals for the accompanying person are served in the same restaurant. The companion has a wider selection of dishes, as there are no restrictions imposed by the medical department.

The MAYRLIFE Medical Health Resort is located directly on the shores of Altaussee, one of Austria's most beautiful lakes, surrounded by breathtaking nature with stunning mountain scenery. 

The nearest airport is Salzburg.

Transfer times to the airports are as follows: Salzburg Airport:

We recommend arriving on Sunday or Wednesday. Generally, arrivals are possible from Sunday to Saturday. Departures are not possible on Mondays.

Treatments can be booked at any time after consultation with your doctor.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Medical Health Resort.

Cancellations of existing bookings (room and medical program) can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival.

For cancellations in the period from 14 days to 7 days before the date of arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the room rate and 50% of the medical program for the entire stay.

For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, we charge 100% of the room rate and 100% of the booked medical program for the entire duration of the stay.

All the cancellation costs listed also apply to accompanying persons in the same room.

During your stay, we take the liberty of charging 100% of treatment and therapy appointments that are not canceled by 4 p.m. the day before.

In order to guarantee the success of the therapy, the costs of the booked program cannot be undercut. If your stay is shortened due to late arrival or early departure, the costs for the hotel room for the booked period, as well as those of the medical program, will be charged at 100%.

Period of validity: This offer is subject to change. The booking is only binding after your reservation and our confirmation.

As part of our Early Bird offer, the room rate is non-refundable. However, a one-time rescheduling of the booking is possible, provided it is requested at least 14 days prior to arrival. If no timely rescheduling is made and you are unable to commence your stay, we will charge the full room rate (100%) as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation policy for the medical program

• Cancellations of existing bookings of the medical program can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
• For cancellations between 14 days and 7 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the medical program for the entire stay.
• For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the booked medical program for the entire stay.
• All cancellation fees listed also apply equally to accompanying persons if a medical program has been booked.
• During your stay, we reserve the right to charge 100% for treatment and therapy appointments that are not cancelled by 4:00 p.m. on the previous day.
• To ensure the therapeutic success, the costs of the booked program cannot be reduced. Should your stay be shortened due to late arrival or early departure, the costs of the medical program for the booked period will be charged in full (100%).

For your comfort, guests can choose from a selection of different pillows. The “pillow menu” offers down or wool pillows, neck support, or side sleeper pillows. Allergy-friendly bedding, various toppers, and mattresses are also available upon request.

Digital detox, or digital detoxification, refers to a conscious break from digital devices and media to reduce stress and improve quality of life. We ask our guests to keep their mobile phones on "silent" in all public areas.

Please observe the strict no-smoking policy throughout the entire facility! 

Alcohol is also prohibited on our premises.

Pets are not allowed in the MAYRLIFE Medical Health Resort. 

Treatment facilities are subject to strict hygiene regulations that exclude the presence of pets. This is to protect the health of all patients and maintain general cleanliness standards.

We would like to point out that it is not possible to be with children in public areas (sauna and pool area, fitness room, lobby, and restaurant). Please note that there is no separate menu for children.

We would like to inform you about our exclusive MAYRLIFE Park Residences. The suites are located directly next to the main building and each feature two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a large living area with full lake views, and a fully equipped kitchen. A private spa area with a steam bath and sauna rounds off the offering. 

The Park Residences are perfect for a stay with children. Ideally, you travel with a babysitter so that you can focus on your MAYRLIFE treatment without interruption. A treatment stay is available for children from 16 years.
