A unique feature of the new cooking school is the intentional use of familiar household tools instead of professional kitchen equipment, such as induction stoves, Thermomix machines, and premium pans. This allows participants to replicate the recipes and techniques they learn at home with ease, without having to adapt to unfamiliar professional tools.

Small Groups and Customized Recipes
With a maximum of eight participants per course, the cooking school maintains a personal and intimate atmosphere. This setup enables guests to interact closely with the MAYRLIFE chef and gain the most from their cooking experience. The recipes used in the courses are designed specifically for the MAYRLIFE Cooking School, making them simple enough to recreate at home – perfect for bringing the MAYRLIFE experience into everyday life.

A bread-baking course led by the pastry chef includes both classic and gluten-free recipes.
Weekly Rotating Courses
MAYRLIFE cooking classes change weekly, offering guests the chance to explore new dishes and techniques. Each course lasts approximately one hour and concludes with a tasting session, designed to align with the specific dietary guidelines discussed with MAYRLIFE doctors.
