Cryotherapy
The whole-body cryotherapy is a stimulus therapy in which you are exposed to temperatures of up to minus 110 degrees Celsius. To acclimate, you spend approximately 1 minute in the "pre-chamber" at minus 30-60 degrees, followed by up to 3 minutes in the actual therapy chamber at minus 110 degrees.
The cold stimulus leads to an intense reaction of the body, resulting in comprehensive effects on metabolism. The cryotherapy triggers numerous physiological reactions in the body, which may be unfavorable in certain pre-existing conditions (including circulatory disorders, asthma, or epilepsy).
Oxygen therapy
During Interval Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Training, the body is subjected to specific intervals of oxygen deprivation (hypoxia) and oxygen supply (hyperoxia), which act as bioenergetic cell training. This process promotes cell regeneration, with particular focus on the mitochondria, the cellular powerhouses and fat-burning furnaces.
Damaged mitochondria are eliminated, and new, more powerful ones are formed. Although the aging process, the degeneration at the cellular level, cannot be completely reversed, it can be slowed down. Existing damages can be repaired, contributing to decelerating biological aging processes.
