To prevent inflammation, we rely on a holistic concept in this MAYRLIFE program:
The MAYRLIFE Cuisine provides you with healthy, alkaline-rich nutrition. Since every organism has different needs, we create a personalized nutrition plan for you, tailored to your metabolism and intolerances.
Depending on your needs, dietary supplements are recommended to strengthen the immune system. Your individual intolerances, which are also responsible for the development of inflammation, are avoided in your nutrition plan.
Specific therapies are prescribed to reduce individual inflammations, such as cold therapy, hypoxia training, massages, and liver wraps for detoxifying the liver.
Rest periods are actively scheduled to avoid stress and counteract inflammation. In and around the resort, daily exercise sessions with experienced therapists and trainers are offered to support regular physical activity.
