Where can I buy MAYRLIFE vouchers?

On our website or in the online shop, click on the menu item “Vouchers” or follow this direct link.

How can I redeem a discount code?

If you have a valid discount code from one of our vouchers, you can enter this in the shopping cart under “Redeem discount code”. Please confirm your entry by clicking on the “Redeem” button. The discount is applied directly in the shopping cart and the amount deducted is immediately visible. After the order has been completed, it is not possible to retroactively redeem a discount code and the discount can no longer be applied.

I have provided the wrong delivery address. How can I amend it?

Please send an e-mail to shop@mayrlife.com immediately so that we can send your order to the correct address. For future orders, you can change the delivery address in your customer account.

Can I add a product to an order that has already been placed?

Orders that are received by us before 11 am on a working day usually leave our premises the same day.

If you send an e-mail to shop@mayrlife.com, we will do our very best to include the additional products in the order.

How can I change my customer details?

When you are logged in to your customer account, you can edit your shipping and billing addresses as well as your password and account details from your account dashboard.

Are the products I have selected saved in the shopping cart?

As long as you are logged in to your customer account, all products in the shopping cart are saved until you check out or delete them manually.
