Recommended use
Recipe: 800 g buckwheat baking mix, approx. 0.5 l lukewarm water
Preparation: Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until smooth. Shape dough into spirals using a piping bag with a round spout on a greased and floured baking sheet (about 60 g portions). Bake in oven for 13 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Then cover with a dry towel and let rest for a day.
