Buckwheat Flakes

Buckwheat flakes, as the name implies, are made from buckwheat and is often counted among the cereals, but it actually belongs to the knotweed family of plants. Nevertheless, buckwheat is very similar to wheat in terms of its nutritional composition. Buckwheat flakes do not contain gluten, which is key in the diet of gluten allergy sufferers.
